Albion, Art, Books, Don and Wen

Thread-Spirit…

*

Dear Wen,

Thanks for the book!

Another good cover.

We have some very talented friends.

We do though appear to be travelling backwards through time with the covers as the story moves forward.

Something we doubtless picked up from the Manger and Eye of the Dragon at Uffington all those years ago.

And, boy does the story move forward at a cracking pace.

We are in ‘But ‘n’ Ben’ territory already!

If ‘Finding…’ entered the labyrinth and slew the devouring beast, then ‘Joining…’ is the golden thread that leads us back out into the light of day…

Not a bad way to go…

I wonder what the next and final instalment will bring?

Apart, that is, from more treats and airborne tennis balls for the Slobbery Black One to chase and guzzle.

Some devouring beasts are beyond slaying it seems.

Love,

Donaldo… x

Joining Don & Wen

Stuart France & Sue Vincent

Don and Wen, two friends living hundreds of miles apart embark, all unwittingly, upon a quest through the ancient and sacred landscape of Albion…

The two share a passion for these prehistoric sites, seeing that their potential has not been erased by time, making them as vital and relevant in today’s society as they always were.

Through Don and Wen’s correspondence, learn how to read the clues hiding within the landscape and in the symbols of faith left by our forefathers in the mediaeval churches, stone circles and ancient monuments.

This is the second book in the series, ‘Finding Don and Wen’, but can stand alone. The book may act as a guide to show the reader how to engage with the land in a meaningful way… and how that engagement opens you wide to life in all its glory.
