“To be ‘called’ is not the same thing as wanting to go somewhere!”
“I know.”
“Nor is it the same as really wanting to go somewhere.”
“I know, but it’s sort of hovering in the air above my head,
as an incredibly exciting possibility.”
“I know. It’s the same for me too.”
“So how do we distinguish ‘calling’?”
“In this case, I’m not sure we do, or can. We just have to try to get there.”
“Oh, we’ll get there alright!”

I agree with China. There are some writings that are magical in their nature, but this one leaves us all wondering about an adventure that has not yet begun, but we can feel it coming in the air. You all are so incredible for the adventures you create and share. I’ve never known anyone before you three who can find adventures in places that have slept quietly since they were occupied by the ancient ones, or even those that have been walked in by scientists and archaeologists who have not looked beyond what is in plain view. You DO have some kind of unique skill sets or mental/spiritual capacities that are difficult to describe, but some of us can sense them in what goes down on the Internet here. You have not only been in and deducted the most incredible things about these sites, but you have been willing to share them with all of us. I can only speak for my own self, but it has been the most amazing armchair adventure I have ever had, and I am a former archaeological student. Thank you one and all. Anne

ENJOYED READING YOUR THOUGHTS ANNE AND THINK YOU FEEL AT ONE WITH THE LOCATION RATHER THAN FEEL FEAR AND THAT IS REAL.
AT SOME TIMES IN OUR LIVES WE GO THROUGH ALL EMOTIONS AND TO BE AT ONE WITH NATURE HELPS US UNDERSTAND IT’S BEATING HEART,
AGAIN IT WAS WELL COMPOSED ANNE, CHINA

I am afraid to say this but I must. This place instills a deep fear in me and I don’t know why 💜

Awe, fear, power… they can all touch us in a similar way and sometimes it is hard to tell which you are feeling… x

As we explored at Penrith in December, the ‘culture’ we have grown up in does not encourage us to explore our feelings to any great extent. In comparison to the builders and original users of these monuments our feelings are general and not specific or as subtle as there’s would have been. The upcoming September workshop in Derbyshire will be dealing with ‘fears’… 😉
