Heroes…

***

We were a long way… Into the… Tee Vee programme… Before Tripitaka’s horse… Spoke!… It was never explained at the time… But the horse speaks… Because it is really a dragon… And as everybody knows… Dragons have always been able to speak… Dragons as we have pointed out before… Are really just flying snakes… And anything that flies… Is necessarily… In the Ancient Language… More spiritual than those things that don’t… This still holds good for many later grafts… Consider… Men and Angels… Regarding your higher self… As a guardian angel… Works for precisely this reason.

***

But back to dragons… All of which possess wings… Tripitaka’s dragon… Is a Water Dragon… Which means that he is being carried… Through this adventure… On the back of his higher… Emotional self… Can you start to see… The depth… And the inherent beauty… Of these Old Ways of thinking?… Heights and depths… For the flexible mind… Are interchangeable… According to context… The metal mind… Cannot comprehend this… Context thing… But what of the monkey mind?… Well, Monkey doesn’t hold much truck… With any of this either… But since he now has a Master… He complies.

***

Monkey, remember… Initially tried to slay the dragon… In Gnostic terms… Had he succeeded… The dream would have been over… And he would have woken up… None the wiser… Still in his broken world… By accommodating the dragon… In this subtle way… And using it as a motive force… Or vehicle… The dream continues… The dreamer… Becomes lucid… And so he can fix… The broken world… Poor Warnie didn’t fix the broken world… Warnie didn’t fix anything… He fell for the spiel… And broke his body… That’s all… As the Stranglers once put it… No more heroes… Anymore! See?
