Soft, velvet darkness,
Pierced with the brilliance
Of diamond stars.
Vaulted Temple to the Comely One,
Womb of the Goddess
Silence unbroken
Except by Her heartbeat.
A cocoon of rebirth.
Canvas for the colours of Heaven
Perfect foil for their glory,
Asking nothing
Save that we behold It
With understanding.
